Briefly about me
As a passionate advocate for agriculture and rural development, I am committed to empowering youth and advancing sustainable practices in Turkmenistan. With a background in agricultural science from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute (TAI), I bring a solid foundation to my work, further enriched by volunteering for the UNDP project "Supporting Climate Resilience in the Dry Regions of Turkmenistan."
In my role as an engineer and research assistant at the NGO "Ecodurmush," I have contributed to projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of local agriculture. My work includes optimizing irrigation practices and introducing sustainable cultivation techniques, with a strong focus on efficient water resource management. Among my achievements, I developed a widely adopted irrigation map for melon crops and led a social project supporting rural women, helping them increase family incomes through alternative employment
