LET'S PREPARE YOUR MIND AND HEART FOR BUSINESS
An information campaign was conducted among the youth of the Dashoguzregion, including etraps, to accept applications for participation in theprogram;
30 residents out of 149 were selected for the acceleration stage;
A training program has been compiled, including features of businessideas for residents;
Provide support for consultations witheconomists' unions, entrepreneurs and lawyers on youth empowerment;
Assessment of learning outcomes for the selection of acceleration residentsfor the Incubation stage;
16 consultations and 12 trainings were organized for 20 residents;
Three meetings and a round table were held with potential businessangels;
In an expert assessment of the prospects ofstartups at the Finale of the program, the prepared startup projects receivedan award for green economy and social entrepreneurship and second place among12 participants in total in Turkmenistan.

Women's income strategy: adapting to climate change
A needs assessment was conducted among 149 participants to determinethe level of existing skills and the degree of interest in the development ofthe proposed areas and an analysis of the basiclevel of available income of a rural woman through a survey;
Training module has been compiled based on the results of the needsassessment;
3 groups of 20women were formed who met the selection criteria;
70% of the participants acquired basic knowledgeand skills in processing fruits and vegetables. They learned to prepare variousproducts from fruits and vegetables, such as jams, preserves, juices, compotesand dried fruits, as well as to save and use their harvest rationally;
50% of the participants identified their target audience andcompetitive advantages;
90% of the participants and their 20% fellow villagers have theopportunity to study video materials at a time and pace convenient for them, aswell as repeat and consolidate the acquired knowledge and skills in practice;
Accessible information has been created about the products of womenengaged in various types of crafts;
70% of the participants developed their creative abilities andindividual style.
70% of the participants acquired basic knowledge and skills ingardening: growing various garden crops, such as fruits, vegetables, berries, flowers, etc.

Innovative cultivator for tillage and liquidfertilization
Preparation of a research proposal in accordance with the youth policy of Turkmenistan and the law of Turkmenistan on state regulation of agricultural development;
Preparation of a work plan for conducting research on the basis of a cultivator to increase the potential and education of young specialists
Preparation of research reports;
Participate in monthly colloquiums to receive updates on researchprogress;
Preparation of information products/PR materials related to the risksof potential and education of rural youth;
Involvement of youth in research work with anemphasis on water aspects of interconnection and intersectoral cooperation.
